BRX Performance is Hiring a Remote Strength and Conditioning Coach - Baseball Performance Specialist

You are likely reading this job description because you strive to help athletes achieve their dreams through sports. Witnessing the transformation of athletes drives you, and you believe that a single person's unwavering belief in another can ignite their self-confidence. You are that person who encourages athletes that no matter how big their goals, even after all of the doubters tell them what they want to achieve is not possible for them.

If you resonate with the above message, we would like to introduce BRX Performance, a sports performance company that works with baseball and softball athletes. We aim to find performance coaches, or aspiring coaches, who believe one person can inspire and encourage athletes to work hard and achieve their goals, ultimately changing that athlete's life. We understand that many professionals and coaches aspire to work in an environment where they can positively influence athletes' athletic abilities. However, most coaches' aspirations to do so are not realized.

The Problem is that athletic development is broken, with expensive lessons, hefty fees for travel teams and games, and promises of quick fixes that never last, and this mindset makes the investment in a strength coach who can drive athletic performance an afterthought. We understand that there is a better way to educate parents and athletes that development starts in the weight room and not on the field and by showing them that if they want to perform at their best, they need to prioritize their training instead of playing in more games.

Performance coaches have been given promises that fall short for too long, leading to long hours, split shifts, inadequate compensation, and a lack of respect and appreciation. We aim to shift the narrative on development by showing the world that performance coaches are invaluable assets and a secret weapon in unlocking athletes' development.

Our Vision is to create an organization that provides athletes with world-class training driven by world-class coaches treated as world-class professionals. We value collaboration, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Our culture invests in coaches' professional development, offering comprehensive training to master the art of individualizing athletes' training programs.

If you currently work with baseball athletes or are involved in baseball training and would like to be a part of an exciting, high-growth company, please review the responsibilities and requirements below. If you think you are a good fit, submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you want to join the BRX Family. We will then reach out to discuss the next steps.
