Construction Administrators are leaders in the construction phases of a project, managing the day-to-day progress of one or more projects.
We maintain direct communication with Client and Contractor to administer the contract, reviewing and documenting that the work is performed according to the Contract Documents, on time, and within budget.
We lead and mentor junior team members in project role development to strengthen our team’s performance. We support the Principals and project teams in providing the highest standard of service to our Clients to maximize repeat business.
