Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary and hospitality management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
- Monitor food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Oversee catering operations and ensure successful execution of events
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and controlling costs
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
