Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a delightful experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assist customers in choosing flavors and toppings
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream station and dining area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
