Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, countertops, and work areas - Assist with food preparation as needed - Support the kitchen staff with various tasks such as bussing tables and restocking supplies - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Adhere to company policies and regulations Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong teamwork and communication skills Skills: - Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment - Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation - Excellent time management skills - Strong attention to detail Note: This is a paid position.
