We are a growing costruction company looking to hire a working foreman. Our work is flood repair. The remediation company performs all demo work and we go in afterwards to reinstall all drywall, millwork, cabinets, paint, flooring, carpet, and whatever else was removed.
The foreman must have experience in drywall, finish carpentry, and paint. Flooring and carpet experience is a plus.
The foreman will be working on site painting and installing millwork. Other responsibilities include daily walks with property management to turn over complete units. The foreman will also be coordinating material delieries and one or two laborers.
Tools required.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
