Brunswick's Special Education Department is seeking a special education teacher for a self contained program at BHS. We are seeking a dynamic, creative special educator to contribute to this important program and to collaborate with the self contained team to foster student academic and social emotional success. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a willingness to use Restorative Practices, and a desire to implement education in a variety of ways including small groups, 1:1, general education settings, and community settings. Candidates should be able to build positive relationships with students, and collaborate with parents, special educators, service providers, case managers, and administrators as appropriate.
