Brunswick School Department is Hiring a Food Service Worker Near Brunswick, ME

The Brunswick School Department is looking for an energetic, motivated, customer service focused individual to join our Food Service team at the Harriet Beecher Stowe School. The schedule is 5.5 hours per day, 8:00 - 2:00, Monday through Friday, during the school year (summer hours are also available). No nights, weekends or holidays required. 

The position offers excellent pay and benefits which include: paid vacation, sick and personal days, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, Maine State Retirement benefits, and a clothing allowance. Starting pay is $20.91. The position requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Previous food service experience preferred but not required. Must have or be able to acquire a CHRC.

Applications will be reviewed through May 15, 2024. If the position is not filled, it will be reposted and will remain open until a qualified applicant is found.
