Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing all aspects of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
  • Oversee nursing staff and ensure that they are delivering high-quality care to our residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans for residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care programs.
  • Assist with nursing assessments and provide support and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
