Corporate Recruiter (In House, This IS NOT Remote)

Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping

As a corporate recruiter for Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, you are in charge of finding top talent for all divisions across your region. We are looking for an experienced, high energy, top producer, with excellent communication skills.
Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans

  • Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues.
  • Utilize the internet for recruitment, and post positions to appropriate internet sources.
  • Improve the company website recruiting section to assist in recruiting.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience recruiting in the construction industry preferred
  • Maintain recruiting data, reporting metrics with confidence
  • Analyze and prioritize reporting
  • Experience with KPI's
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel to company branches, colleges, trade schools, and career fairs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
  • Solid computer skills with Office 365 and stand -alone applications such as Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
