**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner **Experience:** - Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or similar setting is preferred - Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and handling cash - Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation - Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management skills - Familiarity with bartending or cocktail making is a plus - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Understanding of food safety practices - Basic knowledge of retail math for inventory management Join our team as a Barista to showcase your passion for creating exceptional beverages while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.
