Must be versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes, apartments and commercial properties. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys working with people and promoting properties on various platforms. A fast pace environment suitable for those who think/act quickly and thoroughly.

• Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
• Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations

• Past sales experience is preferred
