Bruce Oakley Inc. is looking for a Billing specialist to join our team! Ideal candidate must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Must work well with others and be a team player. We have a family atmosphere and are looking for career minded individuals that want to move up within our great company. This is a report to work 8-5 M-F position. This position is in our Truck Shop located on the NLR Oakley Terminal grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Billing

· Maintain accounting records and files in an organized manner

· Data entry

Qualifications:

· Consideration will be given to candidates with relevant work experience

·Firm understanding of accounting

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Detailed oriented

· Effective communication skills

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
