This is an internal hiring position for BRS Staffing and has a requirement of bilingual-English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staffing needs for various departments and positions
- Utilize cold calling techniques to source and recruit potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Negotiate and finalize employment contracts with selected candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (e.g., UltiPro)
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training
- Provide ongoing support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in talent management or staffing coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verb
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
