The Placement Coordinator, Commercial Risk assists the Advisors in the coordination of marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for their Business Segment. Position Summary: The Placement Coordinator, Commercial Risk assists the Advisors in the coordination of marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for their Business Segment. Principal Responsibilities: Develops marketing campaigns creating lists of prospects through phone calls and data mining. Possesses excellent verbal communication skills demonstrated through constant contact and follow-up. Conducts market research and analyzes customer rating reports and questionnaires. Employs marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)Supports CRMG Advisors in organizing various projects. Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Assists in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns. Composes, edits and formats CRMG marketing campaigns. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Strong verbal and written communications skills. Well organized with a client-oriented approach. Ability to work as part of a team of professionals and build relationships with other firm Business Segments. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with Adobe programs, and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases. Detail oriented and able to analyze marketing trends to provide the appropriate recommendations to Advisors. Demonstrates firm’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture.
