Parts Specialist
Brown’s Heavy Equipment is a family-owned business dedicated to providing service and support for heavy equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining) since 1980. In the last decade, we’ve expanded our business by selling and renting equipment, taking on Doosan and Scania dealerships and becoming one of JLG’s Authorized Service Providers.
Currently we are looking to add to our parts department ,someone who has a basic knowledge base of construction equipment as well as a helpful and friendly attitude to help assist our customers in getting the parts they need.
Job Responsibilities & Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
- Assist customers in need of parts in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
- Check inventory and availability of parts
- Utilize parts manuals and online resources to find solutions for customers
- Create quotes and process parts orders
- Create invoices and manage customer relations
- Assist with online parts inquiries and orders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Great customer service skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask while fulfilling time sensitive orders
- 2 year experience within a similar industry for parts and/or knowledge of material handling, construction or ag equipment (Preferred)
