Responsibilities:

1. Warm Welcome: Be the friendly face that greets customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they step through our doors.

2. Attentive Listening: Listen carefully to customers' concerns about their vehicles and accurately document all issues to ensure thorough understanding and effective communication with our service team.

3. Clear Communication: Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including estimated costs and timeframes, allowing customers to make informed decisions about their vehicles.

4. Efficient Coordination: Work closely with our service team to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs, keeping our customers' busy schedules in mind.

5. Ongoing Support: To maintain customers' trust and satisfaction, keep them informed throughout the service process, and promptly address any questions or concerns that may arise.

6. Accurate Record-Keeping: We must ensure that we maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs using our advanced computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

7. Commitment to Excellence: Uphold our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction by following up with customers after service to ensure their expectations are met and any additional needs are addressed promptly.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Automotive Service Advisory is recommended, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive repair processes and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers and coworkers.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient service delivery without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in computer software and automotive service management systems, enabling seamless record-keeping and efficient service coordination.
- A customer-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Experience in sales, leveraging your sales abilities to communicate service recommendations and drive customer satisfaction effectively.
