WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

As an Automotive Service Advisor - Service Writer at Brown's Automotive, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service department. You will estimate and present needed repairs to customers, manage technician workflow to ensure the timely completion of services, and oversee front-end operations to maintain efficiency. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience. OUR IDEAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER
