Brownie 's Pet Boutique LLC, a high end dog and cats accessories, treats and food boutique located in downtown Larkspur is looking for a Part Time Boutique Key Holder / Sales Associate.

We need someone with the availability to work 3 days per week at one of the following schedules Starting early June 2024:

• Sundays & Mondays from 10:00 to 5:00 pm.
• Also, a third day of the week that can be Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 10:00 to 5:00 or Thursdays from 10:00 to 6:00 depending on the applicant's availability.

We’re looking for someone who exceeds the customer's service expectations by meeting the following responsibilities:

• Having a contagious enthusiasm for pets & people.
• Love to learn about animals and pet care.
• Greet all customers upon entering the store.
• Determine the client's needs and offer suggestions and alternatives.
• Carry out the sale process by using the POS, pack and deliver the customer purchase.
• Use all clienteling systems in place to capture client's information and ensure a client relationship is created and maintained.
• Promote and maintain a high level of awareness for customer service, operations, merchandising standards, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized store at all times, free of dirt and dust.
• Perform all register / Point of Sales functions.
• Store opening and closing procedures.
• Receiving deliveries, stocking shelves.
• Among others.

IMPORTANT: This is a permanent position, not seasonal.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
