Brown's Sales and Leasing is Hiring a Body Shop Manager Near Guttenberg, IA

Brown's Sales & Leasing is seeking an experienced manager for body shop operations. Brown's Body Shop is an established shop in Guttenberg, IA and is looking for an experienced individual with a growth mindset.

The qualified candidate will have excellent estimating skills as well as the ability to establish relationships with numerous insurance companies and adjusters. They must also possess prior shop management experience managing facilities, materials and staff. This person must also be highly organized, team motivator and possess a proven track record of managing accounts receivable and minimizing supplements.

The compensation plan will be salary based on experience in combination with bonus’ directly tied to results.

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Collision Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service 5 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all staff
  • Goal setting, results driven
  • Production Management
  • Scheduling
  • 100% disassembly, map repairs (blueprint), estimate writing
  • Monitor parts
  • Contact and update customers
  • Prepare invoices and customer paperwork
  • Insurance relations
  • Quality control
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Daily tasks organization and completion
  • Staff meetings
  • Computer knowledge
  • Attend weekly manager meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
