Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service center.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or needed repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
- Align and balance tires as necessary
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Assist mechanics with more complex repairs as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or Lube Technician preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
