Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC with the ability to read and interpret instructions, document, plan, and perform work activities independently. Performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and steam distribution equipment systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems.
- Operates a variety of equipment as needed to perform work.
- Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC Control.
- Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints.
- Load, transport and unload material, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Maintains tools and equipment.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as required.

• 3 years minimum experience as a HVAC/Refrigeration technician.
• EPA Rule 608 Universal refrigerant handling certification.
• Able to braze copper and related refrigeration repairs.
• Knowledge in Ice machines, walk in freezers/coolers and DX units repairs and troubleshooting.
