Position Overview: We are currently seeking a willing, motivated individual to join our team in the role of Project Manager here at Brown’s Roofing. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is looking for a commission-based compensation structure, takes initiative, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with homeowners to create lifelong relationships that showcase your unwavering honesty, your contribution to service within your community, and Brown’s Standard of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to determine the scope of damage and necessary repairs
  • Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide professional guidance
  • Generate accurate project estimates and proposals, communicating with production
  • Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters on behalf of homeowners to facilitate the claims process
  • Assist homeowners in selecting colors and materials for roofing projects
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve regional, departmental, and company goals
  • Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate positive business reviews 
  • Participate in Continuing Professional Education, and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Willingness to go beyond minimum expectations
