Position Overview: We are currently seeking a willing, motivated individual to join our team in the role of Project Manager here at Brown’s Roofing. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is looking for a commission-based compensation structure, takes initiative, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to determine the scope of damage and necessary repairs
• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide professional guidance
• Generate accurate project estimates and proposals, communicating with production
• Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters on behalf of homeowners to facilitate the claims process
• Assist homeowners in selecting colors and materials for roofing projects
• Collaborate with team members to achieve regional, departmental, and company goals
• Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate positive business reviews 
• Participate in Continuing Professional Education, and stay up to date with industry trends
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Willingness to go beyond minimum expectations
