Job Description: Video Production Specialist
Location: Southaven, MS, 38671
Job Summary
The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality video content for our company. This includes filming, editing, and producing videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing, training, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, lighting, and sound setup
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and sound equipment during video shoots
- Edit and produce video content using industry-standard software
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop video concepts and scripts
- Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Maintain and organize video equipment and assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in video production
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Physical Requirements
The Video Production Specialist must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for extended periods of time during video shoots.
