Job Duties:

Program & Setup 4-axis CNC mills

Program new parts and make improvements to existing part programs using Fusion 360 software

Provide part run time and tooling requirement estimates for new work being quoted

Verify part conforms to all print dimensions throughout the run

Plan tooling & inspection requirements for upcoming jobs

Document Lessons Learned to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Compensation:

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:00-4:30

Bonus: Company wide profit sharing plan for all employees that do not take unpaid time off. Q4 of 2023 paid $2500/employee

Benefits: 4% 401k match, 85% Employer covered Health Insurance

Requirements:

2 yrs Fusion 360 Experience - Preferred

5 yrs CNC programming/machining experience or equivalent combination of education & experience

Fanuc control experience a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
