Job Summary: Builder Team Member is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse through accurate order building and loading duties, maintaining good housekeeping standards, repackaging, and restocking loose/broken merchandise, and safe operation of powered equipment. Shift is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-until.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
• Accurately build product loads from warehouse and prepare for delivery.
• Operate handheld and scanner equipment to ensure accurate case count and inventory.
• After building/loading is complete, restack and condense any partial pallets in the warehouse.
• Meet or exceed productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Ensure all products are separated by flavor and package size.
• All merchandise returned to the warehouse is to be restocked appropriately.
• Remove all trash and debris from inside and outside of warehouse.
• Repackage and restock broken or loose merchandise.
• Strip trucks of freight and dunnage and sort, stack and wrap dunnage.
• Report equipment damage or repairs needed immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures as instructed.
• Operate electric pallet jackets and/or rider jacks.

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist and climb on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous electric pallet jack or forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to lift continuously.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment.
