Meaningful Work From Day One
This role supports the IMC Manager to deliver the USA & Canada Integrated Marketing Communications strategy as part of the Brand Business Plan.
This role champions the integrated communications plan, in line with the global IMC vision and goals. This role demands a high degree of collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
The view on the business is a 6-12 month focus.
What You Can Expect
Leads the implementation of the integrated communication planning process to deliver on brand strategy and business objectives
Day-to-day oversight of all annual plan details across media, content.
Maintains and monitors owned media channels (social, website, email)
Supports the IMC Manager with implementation of communications plans and evaluating results.
Leads content management (rights, BAR , etc) to ensure world class and prioritized content that is easy to find and use globally.
Shares and communicates guidelines for global content calendar, timings and process.
Where applicable, supports homeplace and direct-to-consumer content and communications as aligned with brand strategies
Works with IMC Managers, IMC Directors and Center of Excellence to ensure communications are aligned with digital and media compliance guidelines as well as inclusive and responsible marketing best practices.
Supports the IMC Managers in the reporting and optimization of paid / owned media plans, monthly (media, creative) based on performance and learning agendas
What You Bring to the Table
3 years working client and / or agency side in media, e-commerce and / or marketing communications disciplines.
Experience with consumer brand experience, ideally in consumer goods
Strong foundational knowledge and awareness of media, social, on-line video, CRM, search, web-site, data and analytics, content and e-commerce.
Evidence of strong project management experience within a consumer-orientated communications environment.
Ability to travel from 10-20%.
