Job Summary: Brown & Crouppen has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal to work in conjunction with an attorney to effectively manage high volume, top-tiered cases while providing top excellent to our clients. This is a hybrid position, working at least 2-3 days in person in our St. Louis, Missouri office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ordering and reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc.
• Investigation using Westlaw, REJIS, social media, etc.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, affidavits, medical chronologies, and other litigation support documents.
• Managing attorney’s calendar and court deadlines
• Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Required Education:

• Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
