We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Licensing Assistant to join our growing team in Tampa.
The Licensing Assistant supports the Corporate Licensing Director and the Corporate Licensing Team. The position will perform administrative functions such as monitoring and responding to our Requests Inbox in Outlook and our Teams groups. Communicating with our team and the profit centers that we support.
General Responsibilities:
- Download insurance license copies through various means
- Distribute license copies to profit centers through Teams
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in our Requests inbox in Outlook
- Monitor and respond to inquiries posted in our Teams groups
- Assist in maintaining our licensing database information
- Assist with sending overnight deliveries
- Assist in paying invoices
- Assist with requesting needed check requests
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills – oral and written
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Customer focused
- At least one year experience in a similar position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance License
- Experience in insurance or other regulated industry
