Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Team Lead within the Systems CAO organization to oversee Systems Workforce planning and the Systems Communication & Branding initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for undertaking and driving a range of complex workforce and recruiting activities across the global systems organization. In addition, you will be supporting the Krakow Management team to execute on the Krakow workforce Strategy. Another key responsibility is to contribute to the development of the Systems communication and branding strategies. This position works closely with the systems pillar leads, Krakow Systems leads, HR Talent Acquisition and Global Marketing. The Systems Workforce & Communications Team Lead must be able to build, develop and direct a multi-disciplinary team responsible for monthly workforce reporting and administration, organization of key Krakow Office and leadership events, oversight of local intern programs and the deployment of an intentional communication plan for systems. Some of your key responsibilities include: Workforce Planning: Establish, implement, develop, and control best practices for Workforce management throughout the division Partner with Human Resources on all talent related processes and initiatives. Oversee the entry level talent pipeline via ownership of the Systems intern and Graduate Rotation programs. Manage oversight of our external consultant vendor relationships Monitor and track resource requirements for division’s long term workforce strategy including monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring of progress against the plan Planning and allocating resources to meet the team’s current and future work priorities Krakow Office Administration: Co-ordinate and contribute to Executive Committee meetings, identifying strategic issues for consideration Provides strategic support and guidance including preparation and coordination of meetings, deadlines, submissions, ensuring that the Leadership team is briefed on significant issues and initiatives Plan and coordinate employee events including learning session on various Technology topics Anticipating priorities and ensuring clear communication and information flow to meet business objectives Communication & Marketing: Ensure a consistent brand message to targeted Technology organization's users and Firm Wide audience when applicable Create content with SMEs; craft the messaging; coordinate timing of messaging; leverage communication platform Act as an escalation point for the Request for Proposal (RFP) / Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) process as it relates to Technology, as needed Promote and actively engage in the Women in Tech (WIT) community.
