Job Overview:
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Prepare service estimates and quotes for customers
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Provide detailed explanations of services performed and associated costs
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:
- Experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of air brake systems, tire services, diesel engine repair, oil changes, and general mechanic work is a plus
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and sales transactions

Pay: $30,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
