Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will utilize your expertise in construction management, estimating, and quality control to ensure successful project completion.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Utilize construction management software to estimate costs and track project expenses

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and specifications
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
