Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team. As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
