Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is a vital role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions or breakdowns in equipment
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and workers compensation laws
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including report writing
- Monitor occupational health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment
- Familiarity with workers compensation laws and regulations
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to identify problems and implement solutions
- Excellent training development skills
- Ability to write detailed reports accurately
- Knowledge of occupational health standards and practices
- Valid CPR certification
