Provides bed placement functions for in-patients, emergency department patients, direct admissions, and transfers in collaboration with nursing supervisors, nurse managers, and assistant nurse managers. Utilizes patient placement application to place patients in a bed in a timely and accurate manner. Collects pertinent information to determine the proper placement of patients, transfer information, and maintenance of transfer logs.
