RETAIL PHARMACY POSITION Meds To Bed Program. Deliver prescription medications to hospitalized patients prior to discharge. Full Time Eligible 80 hours per pay period. Every other weekend. High School diploma or G.E.D. required. State of Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician Board Certification Varied Days/Evenings. Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, assists in the management of systems, and performs clerical and other technical functions which support the provision of quality pharmacy services to patients and other departments. Intake of written and electronic prescriptions, perform third party insurance billing, accurately counting and dispensing medications, assist customers with the purchase of their medications and over the counter items, inventory management, etc Applicant must be able to adapt to a busy work environment and demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills.
