Brothers Bedding in Knoxville, TN is looking for one sale associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate, with at least 1-year experience in retail sales. ( not a cashier or hotel front desk) We are looking for a skilled sales associate with negation experience.

Preferred experience in retail, big-ticket, or commission sales.

Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Ability to work alone and take initiative.

Ability to do other task when not busy with customers.

High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required.

Team focused and positive attitude.

Salary is $500.00 weekly for first 90 days or commission whichever is higher.

We offer insurance partial paid by company.

We are not looking for a cashier. You must be highly motivated to sale the comfort experience of an amazing nights sleep.
