**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly **Requirements:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred - Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Ability to assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism - Strong phone etiquette skills - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems beneficial - Knowledge of hotel operations is advantageous - Passion for delivering outstanding guest services - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Join our team as a Host/Host to be part of a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.
