We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Flooring Installer-Refinisher and Sander for Hardwood and LVP to join our team. The ideal candidate must successfully install and sand hardwood flooring in accordance with customer or contractor specifications and company procedures. The ideal candidate will have flooring installation and sanding experience, solid technical knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for accomplishment.

SKILLS:
Ability to identify and know how to work with different types of flooring materials.
Ability to use hand tools including tape measure and chalk line. Hardwood Flooring Installing
Ability to use equipment and tools unique to each type of flooring being installed.
Ability to work on hands and knees to install flooring products. Hardwood Flooring Refinishing
Ability to layout flooring projects before hardwood flooring installation starts.
Skills included, but are not limited to the above Sander
DUTIES:
Demolition of existing flooring materials. Refinishing
Repairs to flooring substrate.
Layout of flooring projects.
Installation of a wide range of flooring materials including LVT Laminate LVP
Prefinished wood Solid wood plank and other specialty products. Hardwood Flooring

Company Vehicle and Install and Sanding Equipment provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,640.00 - $150,000.00 per year
