The Site Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager or District Manager dependingon geography. The Site Supervisor has direct ownership of his/her client site andeverything that occurs or fails to occur on site. The Site Supervisor provides directoversight of the Security Officers working on site. The Site Supervisor duties include butare not limited to direct, regular supervision, direction, and support of security personnelthrough site ownership, evaluation of Officer performance, and providing training tocorrect shortcomings. The Site Supervisor is the primary point of contact for outlinedeficiencies, actions taken to remedy them and highlight exceptional performance. Thesuccessful Site Supervisor will know and understand the roles and responsibilities of theBrosnan Risk Consultant's (BRC) Security Officer and all aspects of the site undersupervision. The Site Supervisor must have a valid Driver's License, personaltransportation, and valid Security Officer credentials for the site they supervise.

Qualifications:

• Must have Valid Guard Card
• Proof of successful completion of Power to Arrest Training and 32-hour training in security officer skills
• Annual 8 hour Continued Education Requirement
• Must have EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills!
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age
• Have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell or home phone)
• Must have RELIABLE transportation

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in a year and NO DWI's within the last three years)
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Be an effective team member and have courteous telephone manners.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization

Key Responsibilities:

? Serves as the primary client facing point of contact on their assigned site.

? Must have a flexible schedule and be able to mirror (ideal) or substantially
overlap the Asset Protection Operations Coach (APOC) schedule.

? Meets with client representative as needed to provide assurance that all security
requirements are being met to provide quality customer service.

? Is the most knowledgeable and experienced security officer on site.

? Mentors and trains new security officers.

? Ensures security officers are completing patrols, complete accurate and timely
reports.

? Ensure officers are in the approved uniform.

? Ensure SOPs are followed and adhered to BRC and client standards.

? Ensures officers are properly utilizing training and observation skills to deter
criminal activity.

? Communicates any technology, logistical and/or operational concerns to the
Operations Manager or District Manager.

? Sets the standard for BRC by consistently demonstrating a high level of

professionalism in daily interactions and all forms of communication

? Communicates Securitime and Incident Report metrics, while providing site level
troubleshooting support in response to deficient metrics.

? Coaches officers on performance and assists with identifying future promotions.

? Train Officers, review post orders and other details assigned with subordinates.
Makes recommendation on Post Orders adjustments based upon site level
changes.

? Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security
personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift.

? Ensures all technical formats are trained on, understood and used daily to
Brosnan standard.
