Brose is Hiring a Welding Technician Near New Boston, MI

Direct production support of both Laser and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding processes
Completing variant changeovers as directed by the production planner
Set-up and maintenance of Welding fixtures, Poke Yoke Systems, Laser welding process monitoring system (4D) and Vision detection software (VMT)
Adjustment of the welding process through modification to the robot coordinates
Completion of process audit on a daily basis

Manufacturing/Welding Certificate (min 2 Years) with focus on robotic welding processes
2 Years related work experience
Ability to read and interpret product prints, dimensional reports (GD&T)
Robotic experience
Manual welding applications
Excellent Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills
