BROOME COUNTY ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY 2

Location: Binghamton, New York

Job Information/Qualifications: The Broome County District Attorney’s Office is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant District Attorney 2. Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar. The ADA 2 position requires 2 or more years of criminal law experience. The ADA 2 position shall manage local court caseloads and litigate extensively in court. The ADA two will likely participate criminal jury trials and will gain the experience of thorough case preparation, witness and evidence preparation, jury selection, opening statements, witness testimony and closing arguments.

Residency: Must be a Broome County resident or relocate to Broome County upon hiring.
