Brookstone Estates of Mattoon South is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team!
As a PCA, you will provide direct and indirect care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living. The PCA is responsible for promoting the resident’s well-being while maintaining their independence. We care for our residents through a results-oriented approach while cultivating relationships with values rooted in love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities:

• Receives report and assignment when coming on duty and gives report on assigned residents when going off duty.
• Attend General Orientation and PCA Training/competency classes, at time of hire and annually, as indicated
• Is aware of resident needs for social and psychological support.
• Is aware of and adheres to Resident’s Bill of Rights and confidentiality of resident information.
• Is aware of Resident Abuse Reporting Law.
