We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for our apartment community in Port Huron, MI. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service.
Duties to Include:
- Leasing of apartment homes
- Preparing leasing paperwork
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Resident relations
- Light grounds upkeep
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills, and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills. 2 years of property management experience preferred.
Compensation: Based upon experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
