IT Support Technician
Location: 100% On-site requirement - West Jefferson, OH 43162
Duration: 6-month CTH
JOB SUMMARY
One of our Fortune 500 clients in the Healthcare/Medical Device sector is looking for an On-Site Support Technician to join their team.
Provides support to users with all technology related issues including hardware, software, network, telephony, printers, mobile, etc.
Troubleshoot, document, and escalate technology related issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.
Test, evaluate, and implement new technology.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Education
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in IT or related field.
Certification / Licensure
Technical institute certifiation in a related field.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; prefer an associate or bachelor’s degree, and/or technical institute degree/certification.
Work Experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to interface both technical and non-technical personnel.
