Our Private Aviation client is seeking a senior level Full Stack Engineer with Genesys experience and strong communication and collaboration skills to bring our organization from near-scratch to live with the Genesys platform. This individual will be part of a dedicated team to build out the initial strategy, implementation, and rollout, as well as internal team/engineer knowledge building, and a roadmap for future possibilities with Genesys.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Implement Genesys in our Engineering Org, replacing current state infrastructure around our call center services.

· Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, and others to follow standards and build knowledge for these teams around Genesys capabilities.

· Integrate data, services, and applications from the entire landscape into the Genesys platform.

· Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.

· Work in an agile team environment to iteratively delivery value.

· Train up engineers on the Genesys Platform.

· Build a future roadmap based off of Genesys capabilities and integrations for our system.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering field. 

· Experience with the Genesys platform, especially building from scratch

· Experience with integrating data and disparate microservices and applications into a core platform

· Previous work experience as Software engineer of 4-6 years’ experience is required. Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no supervision and guidance.

· Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Typescript, Javascript, python is a must.

· 1-2 years' experience with AWS

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
