Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect
Duration : Long Term Contract
Location: 5 days/week onsite; Offices in Centennial and Colorado Springs
Pay : $60-$75/hr
Description: As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing customer experience through innovative cloud solutions in Azure. You’ll be joining the operational analytics and insights team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of call center agents through cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. You'll empower agents to; expedite issue resolution, upsell new services, and increase customer retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud solutions that enable call center agents to leverage AI and machine learning technologies effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define operational procedures and practices, ensuring seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing workflows.
- Define KPI’s and establish monitoring procedures to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify risks and pain points throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentoring team members.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Azure Event Hubs or Kafka
- Terraform
- DataBricks
- In-depth understanding of enterprise cloud solutions and their application in enhancing call center operations.
- Proficiency in Internet technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, and HTTP.
- Hands-on experience with public and private cloud services and networking devices
- Strong background in designing high availability and disaster recovery infrastructures.
- Experience with database or application integration technology, facilitating seamless data exchange between systems.
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals and open-source architectures.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and operating highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and solutions design.
