About the Role:

As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be at the forefront of assessing and treating patients with intricate wounds, ostomies, and continence conditions. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and vigilant monitoring of wounds.
• Administer meticulous wound cleaning and bandaging.
• Collaborate with patient care team to determine optimal treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, infection prevention, and more.
• Write orders to expedite wound healing and prevent skin breakdown.
• Serve as a motivational cheerleader for patients during challenging procedures.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialized wound care training.
• Empathy, patience, and ambition to overcome patients' physical and mental hurdles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients effectively.
