### Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

### Responsibilities

- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Perform IV insertions and manage IV therapy
- Provide specialized care for infants, including feeding and diapering
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized feeding techniques
- Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information
- Manage memory care patients with compassion and understanding
- Stay updated on current medical practices and advancements

### Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding system
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in managing nursing staff and overseeing patient care
- Ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Knowledge of physiology and its application to patient care
