Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with one-month related experience and/or training.
• The ability to walk the property frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The ability to climb stairs and ladders as business dictates.
• The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and on rare occasions, move over 100 pounds.
• The employee is also occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electric shock.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversight and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Ensuring a timely and courteous response at all times.
• Overseeing the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Cleaning work area, tools, and equipment.
• Operating within OSHA and EPA standards as well as following all Fair Housing regulations.
• Performing light maintenance tasks such as preparing vacant apartments and completing simple work orders as needed.
